Get Involved on the PEI ANC Volunteer Board of Directors

The PEI ANC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for managing the affairs of the Association, and consists of not fewer than three and not more than eleven directors at a time.

Directors are elected to serve for a period of two years and may be re-elected for additional terms. Regular Board meetings are held once a month, and there is a possibility of additional meetings, depending on current Board activities.

How to Get Involved on the Board?

If you are interested in serving as a member of the Board of Directors, you must submit a resume and a cover letter outlining why you wish to serve as well as any special skills and/or qualities that may be of particular interest and benefit to the Board and the PEI ANC.

The resume and cover letter are to be directed to the attention of the President of the Board, and can be submitted in person at the PEI ANC office, via email or regular mail:

NOTE: Applications are not placed in priority nor do they necessarily guarantee a Board position. All applications will be considered as Board positions become available and will be judged on a number of criteria essential to current needs of the Board and in consideration of the Board balance. Applications will be kept on file for a maximum of two years after which it is the responsibility of the interested person to reapply.
