The PEI Association for Newcomers to Canada will host an event for Refugee Rights Day on April 4th, from 7:00-8:30pm. The evening will feature first-hand stories of refugees from Colombia, Bhutan and Afghanistan, immediate actions you can take to support refugees in these countries, as well as a snack and entertainment from Colombia and a chance to socialize. The event will take place at the Assoc. for Newcomers meeting space on the 3rd floor of the Confederation Court Mall (enter at 25 University Ave. and take the elevator on your left to the 3rd floor).
