Get Involved: Volunteer on the IRSA Board of Directors

The IRSA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board governs the organization and provides financial oversight for the operations and, with advice from the Executive Director, develops appropriate policies.

The Board consists of not fewer than three and not more than twelve directors at a time. The directors are elected to serve for a period of three years and may be re-elected for two additional terms. Regular Board meetings are held once a month from September to June, and there is a possibility of additional meetings, depending on current Board activities.

How to Get Involved on the Board?

If you are interested in serving as a member of the Board of Directors, please email a resume and a letter of interest outlining why you wish to serve as well as any special skills and/or qualities that may be of particular interest and benefit to the Board and the IRSA.
